Chrome Handled Flogger

This Flogger is  is simple and elegant, the handle is chrome tubed containing 20 falls at rough 1/2" thickness each fall.  set on a 1 1/2 inch ring. Typical Leather color will be Black.. unless  you setup a custom order and I can gather the specific type of leather for this item..
